Are you an Artist, Manager or Entrepreneur?

Simplification is clarity.

A lot of the time we get stuck doing something, we may even end up becoming pretty good at it. But after awhile, if you don’t love it, you’ll notice it drains your energy, eventually you will tap out and end up hating that thing.

Club 255 is the #1 Recommended Career Improvement & Future of Work Newsletter for STEM Professionals. Consider becoming a Paid Subscriber Here.

It’s important to understand how we work. It’s really the whole reason I write this newsletter. We all have a complicated relationship with work, and it’s going to get even more complicated as we see another giant transition parallel in size to when the internet was created, now with Ai.

So at this point, it’s important to find out what drives you. Because not knowing that and coasting through your Career even now is the most dangerous it has ever been. If you don’t love your Job, you will do it mediocrely and you will be let go.

Until Tomorrow,
